This fall, the Norfolk Hub is bringing the community together for a new event, Scarecrows in City Meadow, and we’d love for you to be part of it!
Join us on Saturday, October 17 from 12–3 PM at Robertson Plaza for a fun afternoon celebrating fall in Norfolk. We’ll have scarecrow on display in City Meadow, Live music, pumpkin painting, apple cider, hot chocolate, cider donuts, Apple themed special by Icebox Cafe, and plenty of time to gather with friends, neighbors, and community members.
We’re inviting local nonprofits, NGOs, community groups, families, and individuals to create a scarecrow that will become part of our Scarecrow Meadow. Your scarecrow can represent your organization, your family, something you love about Norfolk, or simply be as creative and fun as you’d like!
