Friday Nights on the Green

Join us each Friday evening on the Norfolk Village Green for a summer series of live music, free food, and community gathering. Beginning at 6 PM, Friday Nights on the Green features a rotating lineup of talented musical performers, along with weekly offerings from local organizations, food trucks, and community partners.

This year’s series includes both returning favorites and new additions, with a variety of BBQ nights, local food vendors, and special activities throughout the summer. Food is provided free of charge thanks to The Norfolk Hub.

Bring a blanket or lawn chair, gather with friends and neighbors, and enjoy a relaxed summer evening in the heart of Norfolk.

Transportation is available for those in town who need a ride—simply contact The Hub in advance to sign up.

This weeks highlights include: The Norfolk Nature Alliance at Friday Nights on the Green featuring interactive activities, educational displays, and family-friendly fun celebrating local natural resources. Enjoy a Community BBQ along with hands-on activities from Great Mountain Forest, including tree rings, wood species exploration, and maple syrup tastings. Visit the Norfolk Conservation Commission for native plant and pollinator pathway information plus a native plant exchange (while supplies last), and stop by the UCC Green Team for nature-inspired activities and environmental initiatives. Learn more about the Norfolk Land Trust, City Meadow, and Aton Forest while enjoying an evening of community, food, and discovery on the Green.
